Ishqiya is much awaited movie of this season. Releasing on 29th January 2010. Ishqiya is directed by Abhishek Chaubey and is produced by Raman Maroo and Vishal Bharadwaj. The leading cast included Naseeruddin Shah as Khalujan, Vidya Balan as Krishna, Arshad Warsi as Babban, Salman Shahid as Mushtaq.
Ishqiya is a story of romance between individuals caught in a crime, suspense, passion, and deceit. Two thieves Khalujan and Babban are on the run from Boss Mushtaq. They seek refuge with an old friend and meet his widow Krishna. As they plan to escape, they come closer to Krishna.
The music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and the lyrics are penned by Gulzar. Songs already topped the charts like Dil To Bachcha Hai...,Ibn-E-Batuta.
